Job summary

Intuit is hiring year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, handle simple to complex returns, and help clients maximize refunds while advising on future planning.

You’ll build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, serving as the local face of TurboTax. This onsite role requires 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours and participation in Intuit training and cross‑selling where allowed.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid individual tax returns experience using pro tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Build a local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Represent TurboTax as the local face in events and marketing activities.
• Assist with upselling Intuit services within policy and training.
