Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax guidance and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, while acting as a trusted local advisor and community ambassador.

Onsite hours are typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, for at least 20 hours weekly. You will build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, and may

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/business tax advisory with training.
• Onsite office hours 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and comply with training and development.
• Uniforms provided and ability to use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise with hands-on tax advice and prep for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, deductions, planning to maximize refunds.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, grow local customer base and partnerships.
• Organize local events and leverage marketing tools to create client engagement.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
