Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for new locations across the United States. You will deliver tax expertise, complete tax preparation, and act as a trusted local advisor to empower customers toward positive financial outcomes.

You’ll build a local customer base, lead community events, and collaborate with the TurboTax marketing team to boost brand awareness. This role is onsite, with typical hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and requires training and uniforms.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Serve as the local face of TurboTax and connect clients with Intuit solutions to address their needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients with future tax planning.
