Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, advise clients, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for a seamless Intuit experience.

This role emphasizes building local client relationships, community engagement, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and training to grow your practice.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, reviews, deductions optimization, and future tax planning.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and relationships.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax office during set hours, maintaining high-quality client experiences.
