Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax advice while guiding clients through complex financial scenarios. You will build local business, collaborate with a broader team of specialists, and leverage Intuit’s marketing tools to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit-provided uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, address inquiries, and help clients navigate tax challenges.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit’s video tools and ensure a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience.
