Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert positions to work on-site at TurboTax locations, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax expertise and community engagement.

You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end services. Onsite presence and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and networking.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to deliver full-service engagements.
• Deliver in-person and virtual client experiences with a customer-first mindset.
