Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax expertise, complete tax returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios while connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
