Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, in-person and virtual support, and help clients navigate complex finances with a personal touch.

You will build local client relationships, offer end-to-end tax services, and connect customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and financial planning, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Complete required training and development.
• Must wear provided uniform and be willing to be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow the local client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist with tax planning as needed.
