Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax return preparation and personalized tax advice for clients in person and virtually within the local community.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience and help clients achieve their financial goals through ongoing support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base and engage community through events with marketing support.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit services.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust with clients for ongoing engagement.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful service and clear tax guidance.
