Job summary

Intuit seeks highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients while building local relationships.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive local growth in your community.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attourney with strong tax prep exp.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years tax returns prep using pro software.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base with community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
