Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location. You’ll serve on-site clients, including complex personal and business scenarios, and coordinate with specialists for an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You’ll build relationships, deliver high-quality service, and help grow TurboTax’s presence in your community through events and outreach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building a local social and online presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and lead local events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Engage clients in-person and via Intuit video tools, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
