Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and support clients with Intuit solutions. You’ll work closely with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end service and deepen relationships in your local community.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, client relationship building, and growth of the TurboTax client base while leveraging Intuit resources for comprehensive financial guidance.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients meet financial goals.
