Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses at local TurboTax locations. You will work directly with clients, absorb their complete financial context, and coordinate with specialists to provide end-to-end support.

As a community ambassador, you will grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships while leveraging Intuit marketing resources to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base as a community ambassador and primary driver of local growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing engagement.
