Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and support clients with business and personal tax needs in a collaborative, end-to-end model. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community events, and partner with specialists to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as local community ambassador to build a local client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with a team of tax professionals to ensure end-to-end service for clients.
