Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, providing on-site and virtual tax services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to address every client’s financial picture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types such as bookkeeping or payroll.
• Onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling diverse tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador, growing local client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into ongoing client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
