Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join us as TurboTax Local Service Experts at our U.S. locations. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services, while expanding the local client base and collaborating with a team of specialists.

You will work on-site, serving in-person and virtual clients, and help connect customers with broader Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Strong tax knowledge and a client-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships through trust and ongoing client engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional and empathetic service.
