Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while coordinating with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You’ll grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
