Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice while engaging with the local community.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, building long-term relationships and helping grow TurboTax’s presence through local events and outreach, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with team to connect clients with bookkeeping/payroll/financial planning services.
• Build local client base and foster long-term relationships through community outreach.
