Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services to deliver a complete financial picture.

You’ll play a key role in growing the local client base, hosting community events, and presenting a trusted local presence while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney credentials preferred with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Link clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver seamless year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
