Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete preparation services, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists for holistic financial guidance.

You will engage with the local community, pursue new clients, and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in person and via virtual tools, while growing within the Intel ecosystem and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts in plain language.
• Willingness to grow into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and small business).
• Lead local growth: outreach, events, and partnerships to build client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
