Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax advice and completion services at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States. You will assist clients, identify deductions, and help navigate complex tax scenarios with clear, friendly guidance.

As a local ambassador, you will grow your client base through community events, outreach, and partnerships, using Intuit tools to connect customers with the right services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem to offer complementary services.
