Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and connect clients with a broad suite of Intuit services while engaging with the local community. This non-exempt, on-site role requires 20+ hours weekly, with potential hours expanding during tax season.

Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred and PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation, filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, with training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal/business returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain professional demeanor in-person and via video tools.
