Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and building long-term relationships within your local community. You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals across business lines to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit services, helping clients navigate

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years tax preparation experience with 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, min 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit team to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
