Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, while engaging with the local community.

This role emphasizes local growth, face-to-face client interactions, and ongoing learning through training. A background in tax preparation and active PTIN are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Support local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
