Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as year‑round experts at dedicated locations across the United States. You will perform on‑site and virtual tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end‑to‑end service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, minimum 20 hours per week; training as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex cases.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in-person and via video tools.
