Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and collaborating closely with specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will engage with customers in person and virtually, manage complex scenarios, and help build long-term relationships through

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States and have active credentials (EA/CPA) or equivalent.
• Experience filing a high volume of federal/state returns using professional tax software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, with some training and outreach requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialist teams to deliver end-to-end local TurboTax experiences.
