Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for the TurboTax Local Service Expert role at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services. As a local ambassador, you will build a community presence, grow your client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while working onsite with a team of tax professionals.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local/community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns, handling personal and business income and deductions.
• Drive local growth by attracting new clients and building relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences both in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Participate in training and adhere to compliance requirements.
