Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a U.S. TurboTax location.

This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate their tax needs. You will handle full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and work closely with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week min, 8am-5pm.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear uniforms and use name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Develop long-term relationships by understanding clients' financial needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, in-person and online, using Intuit tools.
