You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and support comprehensive financial needs for individuals and businesses. The role emphasizes local growth, trusted client relationships, and collaboration with tax specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location and adhere to hours
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory to deliver end-to-end service.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding clients' complete financial picture.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy
