Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem. You will also serve as a community ambassador, growing the local client base, organizing financial literacy events, and collaborating with marketing to build brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season with professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training and cross-training.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise – Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador – Grow the local client base and lead local events with marketing support.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem – Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build Relationships – Develop long-term trust and turn transactions into ongoing client relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – Ensure professional service and guidance across in-person and virtual channels.
