Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated specialists to join TurboTax Local Service teams, on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with a broader team of specialists to deliver an integrated Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, manage personal and business tax needs, and collaborate with marketing to foster community presence.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships with clients to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
