Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to ensure an end-to-end experience. You’ll build local relationships, lead outreach, and support client growth while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Introduce clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
