Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a network of specialists.

You will engage with the local community to attract clients, build relationships, and expand TurboTax’s presence, delivering a seamless end-to-end experience for customers with diverse tax needs.

Competenze

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and engage with communities.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships with clients to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
