Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to staff new TurboTax locations across the United States. On-site role, serving in-person and virtual clients, delivering full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while coordinating with specialists to deliver end-to-end support.

You’ll grow the local client base, build trusted relationships, and contribute to community engagement. Requirements include EA/CPA/attorney, PTIN, 3+ years preparing 1040s, willingness to upsell

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, with standard hours and at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex personal and business tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client experiences.
• Build local client relationships, grow TurboTax’s presence, and participate in community outreach and events.
