Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or equivalent in good standing preferred.
• Experience with personal and business tax returns highly desirable.
• Knowledge of tax laws and professional tax software required.
• Willingness to upskill into broader service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with teammates across tax advisory services.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and amendments.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience onsite.
