Intuit Inc. is hiring as a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You’ll provide tax expertise, complete returns, and link clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll grow the local client base and deliver a best-in-class customer experience with marketing support. Ideal candidates are EA/CPA/Attorney qualified with PTIN, 3+ years of 1040 returns, and readiness to stay on-site

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 1040s for individuals, familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and community presence.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via remote tools.
