Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for year‑round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in‑person and virtual clients, serving as a trusted advisor with a comprehensive view of each customer’s finances.

You will actively grow the local TurboTax client base, build long‑term relationships, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related compliance requirements.
• Active PTIN must be on file to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local ambassador, growing TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
