Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States, delivering hands-on tax expertise and in-person service to clients.

You will work with a collaborative team of specialists to provide end-to-end tax solutions, grow the local client base, and build lasting relationships while empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 20 hours/week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; weekdays.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with name/photo.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and professional service.
