Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to help clients with tax preparation, advice, and software support at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, build the local client base, and grow relationships with individuals and small businesses through community engagements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
