Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, building trust and delivering end-to-end tax solutions.

As part of Intuit, you will expand the local customer base, connect clients with full ecosystem services, and maintain exceptional service standards while collaborating with a team of tax and advisory specialists.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years—30+ federal/state 1040 returns filed per season—using pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week; business hours 8am–5pm.
• Willing to complete training and uniform policy adherence.
• Interest in building local/online TurboTax presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience beyond filing tax—holistic advisory welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prep for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to integrated Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional service and nurture long-term client relationships.
