Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at TurboTax locations across the United States.

As a TurboTax Local Service Expert, you will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-service tax preparation including personal and business tax scenarios.
• Ability to build local client relationships and provide ongoing tax advisory.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base and network.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for clients.
• Be the local face of TurboTax and drive customer loyalty through events and outreach.
