Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide on-site and virtual tax services, offering comprehensive tax advice and end-to-end support within a collaborative specialist network. As a Local Service Expert, you will build local client relationships, grow the customer base, and leverage Intuit marketing tools to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Lead local growth: outreach, events, and partnerships to build client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guidance for lifelong client relationships.
