Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support for clients, from simple to complex scenarios.

Beyond tax filing, you’ll grow the local client base, engage with the community, and coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver a seamless client experience, year-round.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end services.
