Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage clients in person and virtually, grow the local client base, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support. You will be a trusted guide, helping clients with personal and business taxes, maximizing refunds, and offering future tax planning while promoting

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Will upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training provided.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build lasting relationships and drive customer loyalty through exceptional service.
• Deliver best-in-class experiences using TurboTax tools and guidance.
