Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end client experiences, from discovery to planning, while expanding the local client base and representing TurboTax in community events. Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years handling 30+ individual 1040s per season with pro software.
• Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to learn additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office; 20 hours/week min.
• Complete required training and development as directed.
• Willing to wear uniforms and allow advertising with your name/photo.
• Interest in building local/online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Address simple to complex tax scenarios including business income and amendments.
• Identify deductions and plan future tax strategies with clients.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team input.
• Assist in growing local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Represent TurboTax at local events with marketing support.
• Build trusted relationships and drive customer loyalty.
