Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support onsite for both in-person and virtual clients.

You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and coordinate with Tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end services.
• Assist clients in maximizing refunds and planning for future taxes.
