Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Experts in U.S. locations.

You will provide full-service tax return prep, deliver expert tax advice, and act as a trusted advisor in your community, helping clients navigate complex personal and business taxes onsite. You will work with a team, grow the local client base, and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–5:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, covering personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with questions via in-person or video tools.
• Work collaboratively with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services.
