Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a new TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of tax professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering expert tax advice and end-to-end preparation. This role emphasizes full-service tax return preparation, regional growth, and close collaboration with specialists across the Intuit network to create a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax situations including business income and amendments.
• Develop local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services for client success.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience with on-site meetings.
