Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced tax professionals to join TurboTax Local Service locations as on-site experts.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for personal and business tax scenarios. The role emphasizes building local relationships, growing the client base, and connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, typically 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development; uniforms and using name/picture for advertising may be required.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and organize local events.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals through education and proactive guidance.
