Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, build local client relationships, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You’ll act as a community ambassador, develop local business, and leverage marketing tools to grow your client base while guiding clients through complex tax scenarios

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney license preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state returns).
• Onsite at TurboTax location with 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Support planning and referrals to Intuit ecosystem (Bookkeeping, Payroll, Financial Planning).
